How It Works

Tilly's FAQ'S

We recommend having your finger professionally measured by a jeweller for the most accurate fit. Ashes collection kits with a ring sizer are also available. Please avoid using string or tape, as these methods are often inaccurate.

We can work with ashes, hair, fur, breast milk, flowers, fabric, umbilical cord, placenta, and more. If you have something unique in mind, feel free to contact us.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a free collection pack in the post with a free one-week return envelope.

Only a small amount is required:

Ashes: approx. 1 teaspoon - 2 teaspoons if multiple orders
Resin Keepsake Ashes: Please ask, as more are required, especially the large forever hearts.
Fur: A Pinch
Horse Hair : (Washed beforehand) it also depends on the piece; small jewellery: 1- 2 strands, and approx. 10 strands for a large resin piece
Hair: 5–10 strands
Breast milk: 5ml

Any unused inclusions will be returned in a branded gift pouch with your finished piece.

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 6 weeks from receipt of your inclusions. Our Custom or gold pieces take up to 12 weeks to be made.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time due to GPSR regulations.
