Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship to mainland UK only (England, Scotland, and Wales). We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to legal restrictions around the transportation of cremated remains.

Shipping Costs All standard UK orders are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days from dispatch.

For added peace of mind, customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day, fully tracked and insured) for £10.99. This is automatically free on orders over £200.

Production & Processing Times Please note that all our jewellery is handmade to order. Standard processing time is approximately 6 weeks. Bespoke and gold orders may take up to 12 weeks. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at chantel@tillyandco.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Sending Your Inclusions If your order requires ashes, hair, or other inclusions, full instructions on how to send these to us safely will be provided after your order is placed.
