Once your inclusion arrives, we'll begin crafting your piece. We'll send a photo for approval before it's carefully sent home to you. Any unused inclusions are returned with your keepsake.

We only require a very small amount — a pinch of ashes, a few strands of hair or fur, or a small amount of breastmilk. Full guidance is included in your collection pack.
Each piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks from receipt of your inclusion. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Absolutely. We treat every inclusion with the utmost care and respect. Any unused inclusion is safely returned to you with your finished keepsake.
Yes — we always send a photograph of your completed piece for your approval before it is carefully packaged and dispatched to you.
