Before your finished piece is sent home to you, I'll send you a photograph for approval.
Any unused inclusion is carefully returned to you with your completed keepsake.

Absolutely. We treat every inclusion with the utmost care and respect. Any unused inclusion is safely returned to you with your finished keepsake.
Yes — we always send a photograph of your completed piece for your approval before it is carefully packaged and dispatched to you.
